How do you identify customers around the world, convince
them to agree to testimonials, and then make it all happen?
Innova has developed skills over the past thirty years to
produce testimonials, based around the success of customers'
customers. These testimonials are seen in leading trade
publications, internal magazines, annual reports, websites and
more.
Interviews and photo shoots include CEO's, mill managers, R and D
directors and ordinary working people.
Often, the stories are presented in a wide range of languages.
Innova visited Guangzhou Paper in Southern China with a lead
sales person from Kadant, the sponsor of the story. Much
diplomatic finesse was required to make everything run smoothly,
and produce the desired result.
The end result: Guangzhou Paper
benefited from positive publicity for themselves, and Kadant was
able to showcase an important customer. They also gained from
the leadership of Guangzhou Paper telling of Kadant's value as a
supplier of value added equipment for their mill.
